About the event
The Reader's Journey: Who Am I?
Archetypes in Literature
Every great story begins with a question: Who am I?
Join Velvet Bookmark and Seven Sisters Apothecary for the opening gathering of The Reader's Journey, a seasonal series exploring identity, reflection, community, and the stories that shape our lives.
In Archetypes in Literature, we'll explore timeless figures such as The Witch, The Queen, The Oracle, and The Rebel, examining how these enduring characters appear across literature and what they reveal about our own experiences, strengths, and aspirations.
Through thoughtfully curated books, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation, we'll consider the roles we inhabit, the stories we inherit, and the ones we choose to write for ourselves.
